All of our packages come with a photographer, access to a studio, lighting equipment, a selection of dresses, and professional editing for your chosen best photos.
Do I need to choose my dress now?
Please select your dresses prior to the session date so we can ensure they are prepared for your special day. For a wider range of options, visit our Instagram page (@apmaternitygowns).
What if I'm uncertain about whether I'll be satisfied with my gown selection?
You have the option to select an additional gown for us to bring in case you decide to go with the backup option. Please choose gowns in advance, as they are not available at the studio.
When is the ideal time to schedule my maternity session?
The suggested time to schedule your maternity photo shoot is typically between the 24th and 36th weeks of pregnancy.
Do you offer payment plans for your photography services?
Yes, we understand that photography services can be a significant investment. That's why we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate our clients' needs. Feel free to inquire about our payment options during your consultation, and we'll work together to find a plan that suits you best.
Do you offer makeup services as part of your photography packages, and what is the cost?
Yes, we provide professional makeup services as an optional add-on to our photography packages. The cost for our makeup service, which includes a soft glam look and lashes, is an additional $375. Our talented makeup artists will ensure you look your best, enhancing your natural beauty for stunning photos. If you're interested in adding makeup to your package, just let us know, and we'll take care of the rest.
Who will be photographing my session? Will it always be Atalia?
Atalia is the lead photographer and creative director for the brand, overseeing the styling, lighting, and final quality of every session. Depending on scheduling and availability, your session may be photographed by Atalia or a trusted team photographer.
All team members are trained in Atalia’s shooting style to ensure consistent, high-quality results. If you prefer Atalia specifically, please let us know during booking and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
What if I'm late for my session and want to extend the time?
1. If you arrive late for your session and wish to extend the time, we can accommodate that based on the studio’s and photographer’s availability. Please note that an extension will incur an additional fee of $75 (before taxes) for every 15 minutes of extra time.
2. If you do not notify us of your request to extend the time within 30 minutes of your scheduled session and are absent, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, a new booking will need to be arranged, and the retainer will be forfeited.
What is the expected turnaround time for receiving my photos?

Following your photography session, you will receive access to a private online proof gallery within 3 business days. This gallery allows you to view, download and select your favourite unedited images for professional retouching.

Once you have submitted your image selections, we will confirm them with you before beginning the post-production process. Please allow up to 15 business days for your professionally retouched images to be delivered, starting from the date your selections are confirmed.

During peak seasons, editing turnaround times may extend to 18–20 business days. Please note that the editing timeline begins only after your image selections have been confirmed, not from the date of your photography session. Weekends and statutory holidays are excluded from all turnaround times.

Your personalized online gallery will include both your unedited and professionally retouched images. Please download and save all your images within 7 days of receiving your completed gallery, as gallery access expires after this period. If you require an extension, please contact us by email before the expiration date. Additional fees may apply.
What happens if I forget to download my images within the 7-day timeframe?
You have a 7-day window to download your images. After this period, the entire gallery will be removed to free up storage space for other clients retrieving their images. If you haven't downloaded your images within the timeframe, you can request an extension of the gallery access in advance for an additional fee. Alternatively, we can provide a one-time send via WeTransfer link, giving you an additional 3 days to download. After this, fees will apply.
Is it possible for me to request further adjustments once I've received my edited images?
Revisions are limited to reasonable adjustments to the original edits. Additional revisions or requests beyond the 5-day period may be subject to extra fees.
My images were sent but I can't find them?
Ensure to check your spam! It's possible that the email may have been filtered into your spam folder.
Would you be able to produce an Instagram reel or video featuring highlights from my session?
Complimentary behind-the-scenes videos are subject to availability and require the client's permission for public sharing. Clients who prefer to keep their sessions private may inquire about our professional videography packages, available at an additional cost.
What is the process for opting out of having my images posted on social media?
At Atalia's Photos, we understand that every client has different preferences when it comes to sharing their photographs publicly, and we respect the importance of privacy.
For maternity sessions, we understand that some clients prefer to wait until their baby arrives before sharing their photographs. We are happy to accommodate requests to delay posting until you are comfortable.
If you prefer that your images not be shared on our website, social media platforms, or promotional materials, please inform us in writing before your photography session so we can document your preferences. We respect these requests and do not charge an additional fee for standard personal photography sessions.
Please note that Atalia's Photos Inc. retains copyright ownership of the photographs unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. However, copyright ownership does not automatically mean that your images will be published for promotional purposes. We respect your privacy preferences and will only use identifiable client photographs for marketing in accordance with the permissions agreed upon.
For commercial photography, branding sessions, or requests involving exclusive image rights, additional licensing arrangements and fees may apply.

What is the procedure for requesting additional images a few weeks or months later?
As long as you're within 3 months of your photo shoot date, if you wish to acquire more retouched images, please reach out to us by email. We'll locate your images and offer you a proof gallery for purchasing additional images. Requests must be made within 3 months of the initial storage period.
How long do you keep the images?
We retain images for a period of 3 months before they are replaced with new session files. After you receive your final images, your session will no longer be accessible after 3 months. Please ensure to download all your images within the 7 day period and before this timeframe lapses.
