What is included in your overall packages?

All of our packages come with a photographer, access to a studio, lighting equipment,  a selection of dresses, and professional editing for your chosen best photos.

Do I need to choose my dress now?
Please select your dresses prior to the session date so we can ensure they are prepared for your special day. For a wider range of options, visit our Instagram page (@apmaternitygowns).

What if I'm uncertain about whether I'll be satisfied with my gown selection?

You have the option to select an additional gown for us to bring in case you decide to go with the backup option. Please choose gowns in advance, as they are not available at the studio.

When is the ideal time to schedule my maternity session?
The suggested time to schedule your maternity photo shoot is typically between the 24th and 36th weeks of pregnancy.

Do you offer payment plans for your photography services?

Yes, we understand that photography services can be a significant investment. That's why we offer flexible payment plans to accommodate our clients' needs. Feel free to inquire about our payment options during your consultation, and we'll work together to find a plan that suits you best.

Do you offer makeup services as part of your photography packages, and what is the cost?

Yes, we provide professional makeup services as an optional add-on to our photography packages. The cost for our makeup service, which includes a soft glam look and lashes, is an additional $375. Our talented makeup artists will ensure you look your best, enhancing your natural beauty for stunning photos. If you're interested in adding makeup to your package, just let us know, and we'll take care of the rest.

What if I'm late for my session and want to extend the time?

1. If you arrive late for your session and wish to extend the time, we can accommodate that based on the studio &  photographer's availability. Please note that an extension will incur an additional fee of $100 (before taxes) for every 30 minutes of extra time.

2. If you do not notify us of your request to extend the time within 30 minutes of your scheduled session and are absent, it will be considered a no-show. In this case, a new booking will need to be arranged, and the retainer will be forfeited.

What is the expected turnaround time for receiving my photos?
1. Following your session, you can expect to receive your unedited images within 48 business hours.

2. You will have access to an online private gallery of your photos, where you can download, view, and choose the top images you'd like us to retouch.

3. After you've made your selection and informed us of your choices, we will confirm with you before beginning the post-production phase. Typically, images are received within 15 business days (excluding holidays) once we have confirmed your selection.

4. Your personalized online gallery will include both unedited and retouched images from your session. Please note that all images in the gallery expire within 7 days of receiving the final edited images. To request an extension of the gallery access, kindly email us by email. Additional fees may apply.

What happens if I forget to download my images within the 7-day timeframe?

You have a 7-day window to download your images. After this period, the entire gallery will be removed to free up storage space for other clients retrieving their images. If you haven't downloaded your images within the timeframe, you can request an extension of the gallery access in advance for an additional fee. Alternatively, we can provide a one-time send via WeTransfer link, giving you an additional 3 days to download. After this, fees will apply.

Is it possible for me to request further adjustments once I've received my edited images?

1. Certainly! You are entitled to 2 revisions if you adore the images but require adjustments such as fixing a blemish or scar in the photo. However, please be aware that certain requests, such as removing a person from the image, may incur additional fees depending on the complexity of the task. 

2. Please keep in mind that requests must be made at least 3 days after receiving  your images. Otherwise, the photos will be marked as completed and no further adjustments can be accommodated.

My images were sent but I can't find them?
Ensure to check your spam! It's possible that the email may have been filtered into your spam folder.

Would you be able to produce an Instagram reel or video featuring highlights from my session?
1. While we don't produce reels for every session, if you're comfortable with us sharing highlights of your session online, please inform us prior to the session. Depending on factors such as session type and time constraints, the photographer will determine if this can be accommodated.

2. It's important to note that raw footage cannot be provided or shared, and only the final video reel intended for posting can be sent to you as a complimentary service since it will be shared online.

3. If you're interested in having a professionally produced video, we have a dedicated team of videographers available for an additional fee. For more details on booking professional video services for your maternity shoot, please contact us by email.

4. An Instagram Reel showcases the photographer in action and highlights behind-the-scenes moments from your photo session. 

What is the process for opting out of having my images posted on social media?

1. For maternity sessions, we deeply understand the significance of waiting until the baby arrives before sharing images. We are more than willing to delay posting until the arrival of your bundle of joy. However, if you prefer that the images not be posted at all, you can request that the photographer refrain from posting them.

2. Our agreement stipulates that we retain the rights to the images, allowing us to post and market them. By booking with us, you acknowledge and accept our terms and conditions. Should you wish to obtain the rights to prevent us from posting the images, a fee may apply if request is declined (With rare exceptions for businesses, we typically accommodate such requests to not post, although we retain ownership rights of the photos).

What is the procedure for requesting additional images a few weeks or months later?
As long as you're within 3 months of your photo shoot date, if you wish to acquire more retouched images, please reach out to us by email. We'll locate your images and offer you a proof gallery for purchasing additional images. Requests must be made within 3 months of the initial storage period.

How long do you keep the images?
We retain images for a period of 3 months before they are replaced with new session files. After you receive your final images, your session will no longer be accessible after 3 months. Please ensure to download all your images within the 7 day period and before this timeframe lapses.
