Below are the terms and conditions agreed upon by Atalia's Photos Inc. prior to securing the booking.
Please take the time to read through each condition carefully, with a full understanding of the agreement taken into consideration.
⦿ Tardiness:
Please arrive on time for your session. Clients who arrive late will be charged $75 more. If you are 30 minutes late, your session will be cancelled and your 50% retainer/deposit that is included in your photo session package will not be refunded.
⦿ Cancellations:
Upon booking, a 50% retainer/deposit secures the photographer's time and services. This amount is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, since it is the agreed loss suffered by the photographer and/or studio time. If a session is rescheduled to a later time and date, the fee will be retained as long as the photographer is able to reschedule for the new time and date. In order to avoid forfeiting your deposit, you must book your session within 14 days of requesting a rescheduled date.
⦿ Rescheduling:
Emergencies happen! Each client is allowed one reschedule prior to the shoot. A reschedule must be requested within 14 days of the request and within three months of the new rescheduled booking date. Otherwise, the deposit/retainer and full payment become non-refundable and non-transferable.
⦿ Turn-around:
Due to high demand, turnaround time is between 2-3 weeks. Selecting your photos should be done within 7 days of receiving your proofs. Through our online gallery, sessions are saved and emailed to you. Photos will remain in the gallery for seven days. Your gallery may be subject to additional charges if you request it to remain active for a longer period of time. Each session is backed up and stored for only 6 months before it is replaced with a new one. Your images will no longer be accessible after 6 months. Don't forget to download your images to avoid losing them.
⦿ Product Session:
A product session is based on how many products can be captured within the timeframe. A return label can also be provided by the customer when mailing products to Atalia's Photos. A travel fee is charged for product pick-up upon request.
The addition of unedited images from your session will be subject to a fee, unless you have purchased a package or promotion that includes unedited images.
Are you unhappy with the edited images? As part of the post-production process, you will be able to request up to two revisions. If you would like a revision made to your image(s), please follow up within 1-2 days of receiving your images. If no revisions are requested within the specified time frame, the session will be considered completed.
⦿ Please note:
Atalia's Photos Inc. owns the rights to all sessions and images unless both parties have otherwise agreed. For privacy rights to your photos, you are required to complete and send a photo release form and pay the required full payment in order to prohibit the photographer from posting your photos online or on social media. On request, the photographer will provide a contract and release form.
